Shipping Outside of the Local Area

Most all shipments will be shipped by UPS, FEDEX, or USPS unless that shipment qualifies for freight due to size and weight. We want the least expensive shipping option for our customer. If you are within 45 miles proximity of the "Local Area", we have the option to ship to you for a very small fee on our own fleet of delivery trucks. If we deliver on our local fleet and nobody is available to receive the shipment, we will charge the small shipping fee each time we attempt to deliver. 

Shipping within the Local Area

The "Local Area" can be defined as Raleigh, Apex, Cary, Knightdale, Fuquay-Varina, Angier, Clayton, Smithfield, and Durham. These areas receive free shipping if they are a local commercial account.

Commercial Location or Residential Location

We will not deliver to a residential location on our fleet of trucks. This type of shipment will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. All commercial locations qualify for our fleet of trucks to deliver to them.

Shipment and Handling

Typically shipments will process and ship the following day after delivery. There will be instances within the local area when shipping occurs the same day of order. No longer than 2 full business days will it take to process your order and get it shipped.

PO Boxes 

Please understand that large boxes will not deliver to PO boxes. PO boxes will not qualify for any shipping at all. We can only ship to physical addresses.

Free Shipping

Sometimes we will run specials and deals that will allow for free shipping if you hit a certain dollar amount with your order.
